"I am giving this location 1 star. We have been with them since 2020. Today apparently we found out we haven’t had insurance for 2-3 months. That’s alarming.Whoever Riley is was rude to my husband and passive aggressive about the situation. That’s not how someone who’s been with your agency for about 5 years should be treated. My husband set up auto-pay when you guys TEXTED and said the payment didn’t go through. What happened? How did the auto-pay not get set up? I’ve input a photo of when we spoke with you guys. No one even had the decency to text back after bill was paid. So, you guys can text that we missed a payment but not text or call that our insurance is going to lapse? Where is the customer service?? Instead you have Riley arguing with my husband about why my husband doesn’t check the mail every day. You guys sent 2 letters. Instead of trying to figure things out maybe and help figure out what happened with the auto-pay. Like are you serious?? Had the autopay been set up correctly in the first place this would have never happened. This agency has lost a customer. We would have just figured out a new policy. However, I’m disappointed with the way my husband was treated and that’s ultimately why we have to find a new agency. Update: My reviews have nothing to do with the one I have left you all. I leave reviews how I see fit. I love small business and I want to see them thrive. I’m not just going around loving to leave negative reviews. How dare you. We pay our bills never had an issue til now. Obviously we know your agency isn’t in charge of the bills we pay. I’m not solely blaming you all but the way that your associate spoke to my husband was out of line. My husband did NOT say those things right hand to God. So, tell your associates to take accountability for their lack of customer service. He was very out of line."
"Hello Amber, I reviewed your account and experience with my team and agency. These are the steps we take when a customer’s payment comes back for non-pay: 1.) Customer receives an email notification. 2.) Customer receives a non-pay letter in the mail. 3.) Customer receives text message alerts directly from my agency. 4.) If payment still isn’t received, the customer receives another piece of mail notifying that your policies will be cancelled for non-pay. When you late paid in December, all of the above steps occurred. You then non paid in January. At that time, my team member Lisa notified your husband, Chris, via text that your payment was declined. This is an extra step of customer service that my agency provides. All the text messages are below. After this exchange, you still never made the payment. You also received the additional email and paper mail notifications stating that your insurance would lapse, which it did on 2/22/2025 for nonpayment. Both you and Chris reached out to my agency yesterday. You spoke with Korie who notified you of the timeline. You apologized and said your husband takes care of the payments, and that he was speaking to someone else in our agency and would take care of it. When Chris spoke to my team member Riley, they reviewed the same timeline and Riley offered solutions which included quotes to get your policies reinstated. Your husband’s response was: “I don’t check every piece of mail and it’s your responsibility to make sure my bill is paid.” My agency simply provides the additional service to notify a customer when a payment is missed. It’s the customer’s responsibility to make their payments on time, not my agency’s. If you non-pay, your insurance will lapse. This is how bills work. If you non-pay your electrical bill, your electricity will be shut off. If you non-pay your water bill, your water will be shut off. If you non-pay mortgage or rent, you will be foreclosed upon or evicted. You must take accountability in this situation. Additionally, I took a look at your Google review history and at least 41 of your 91 reviews are poor reviews. It seems you enjoy disparaging local businesses. "Just don’t. This office is completely inept. When they mess up, they won’t refund your money - unable to get paperwork correct. Shameful."
"Hello, You contacted my agency earlier this year requesting assistance with a new surety bond for your 2024 AZ notary renewal. We noticed you are a client of another local State Farm agency, so we encouraged you to contact your agent for assistance. You were adamant about keeping this bond separate from your personal policies with the other agency. We explained that we typically only assist our current clients with bond needs, since it's an ancillary service. Yet you still insisted that my agency help you with your bond. Since my team is trained to provide outstanding service, one of my team members made the exception and decided to help you. Per your specific direction regarding bond dates, to satisfy the requirements of your notary renewal, we submitted the bond application within two business days. You then informed us that the State of Arizona rejected your notary application due to an additional signature requirement on the bond, and because you provided the wrong date for the bond to our agency. You requested a new bond, which we immediately issued within two business days. I personally signed the new bond. Earlier this week you contacted my agency to inform us that the State of AZ rejected your notary application for a second time, again due to incorrect bond dates. You completed your notary application. It is your responsibility to ensure the personal information on your application is correct and in good order including the correct date for the bond. State Farm is simply issuing the bond per your instructions. We are not responsible for the personal information you provided on your application. After all this, you demanded a refund for the bond. We confirmed with State Farm's bond department that you would need to bring the bond back into the agency and then we can request to cancel. Our bond department also informed us there would be no refund of the $30 for the four year bond, which we communicated to you. This was a corporate State Farm decision, not an agency decision. You were unhappy with this corporate decision, so you retaliated by posting a defamatory review about my local small business. Each time you made a request, my agency immediately responded and did everything in our power to assist you. You are not even our client! It’s shameful you posted slandering comments about our agency in response. Your actions are unfortunate reminder of the ancient proverb: "no good deed goes unpunished." "
